The Achieve Foundation has a bold vision of an inclusive Australia for people with disability. Delivering on our vision requires identifying and systematically removing the barriers that people with disability face daily. We raise funds, implement projects, and provide grants.
The Achieve Foundation uses the catalytic power of investment to bring a coalition of stakeholders together to drive real and sustainable change. We work to address the barriers to inclusion for people with disability by creating new models of housing and supports for people with complex disability and shifting community attitudes to disability.
